iconATTENDANCE

Students are allowed to make up one missed class per month.  Make-ups may be made by scheduling with an office staff member.  After two consecutive absences, a student will be dropped from the class roster.  If a situation arises that prohibits attendance, please contact the office immediately to make other arrangements.

Good attendance is essential if your child is to make progress. When two or three classes are missed consecutively, a child can become discouraged. Please try not to miss class unless it is absolutely necessary. Students should not be brought to the gym more than 10 minutes before their scheduled classes and should be picked up immediately following their class dismissal.

iconWITHDRAWAL

If for any reason it becomes necessary to withdraw any child from a class, please give written withdrawal notice thought the office, not the individual teacher. Our instructors look forward to working with you and your children. Please keep in mind that you, as parents, should feel free to call the gym at any time that you wish to discuss YOUR child.

iconVISITOR POLICY

In an effort to make every minute of class time valuable, we do not allow visitors in any of our classes. We are better able to encourage your child’s full concentration in this way. The only exception to this rule are the special visitor days, of which you will be advised in advance.

iconATTIRE

All students MUST wear tennis shoes or acro. shoes. No bare feet! T-shirts, full tank tops, shorts, sweat pants are all acceptable attire. Please make sure your clothing is season appropriate. All students must have their hair neatly and securely tied back from their face. No one will be allowed to participate in class unless properly attired. This rule will be strictly enforced and is a good discipline builder.

iconCOMMUNICATION

Because it is important that teachers be able to devote all their gym time to teaching (in order for your child to get the full benefit of the lesson) we are asking that class time not be interrupted. If you have a question or need to discuss a problem with one of the instructors or coaches, you are asked to leave a message with the office and your call will be returned as soon as possible. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. You may also e-mail the gym to set up an appointment time to set up a meeting.

Please feel free to call or come by the office if you have any questions.
